I thought I would share one of the things I bought when I checked out the Bitten line at Steve and Barry's. I bought several t-shirts and I plan on going back for the denim jacket. But I bought the jersey dress in gray and I think it's a really cute casual piece. What do you think??

Saturday I took my daughter to see Wicked. What a blast!!! We went on a day bus trip into Chicago to see it. My daughter has been wanting to see it since my husband and I went last year. Unfortunately they don't typically allow under 8 to attend. However with this trip they were permitted. She had so much fun. My best friend and daughter came along as well. We made it a total girl's day. We all bought dresses for the occasion and the girls were just tickled pink about going. I even sent her over to the hair salon for a cute updo. My daughter came home singing the songs! What a great intro to theater for her!

Woo hoo! I had posted that I was looking for an outfit to wear to take my daughter to Wicked. ( whoa that was a run on sentence) . So I found one tonight! Yippee! It's something I can wear more than once too LOL.
I had the white eyelet knee length dress picked out and then this one caught my eye. When I came out of the dressing room my husband said "That's it". The only bummer about it is there is no way my daughter and I can "match". But it's very cute.
It's by Rampage but I couldn't find it on their website.
Hello! I hope everyone is well.
Just a quick review of OPI's Lincoln Park After Dark. Great color, perfect if you want that dark look without it being black. The bottle and the ad don't really give you any indication of how dark it really is. However it is very pretty, not harsh at all. My only complaint was that it took a little work to get a nice clean look. Probably because the color isn't so forgiving.
Overall, I like it. Just not an everyday look

June 6, 2007 -- DINA Lohan, the leggy mother of Lindsay, is always described as a former Radio City Music Hall Rockette - but she's not. After an inquiry from The Post, a spokeswoman for Radio City called back to say an exhaustive search found no record of Dina Lohan, or Donata Sullivan (her maiden name), ever being a Rockette. Execs at Cablevision, which owns Radio City, were said to be indignant anyone would claim to be a Rockette who wasn't. "It's like claiming to have a degree from Harvard when you don't. It's a big deal to be a Rockette," said our source. A Google search of "Dina Lohan Rockette" yesterday turned up 884 links. Biographies of Dina, 44, also say the 5-foot-111/2 blonde acted on the Broadway stage and in commercials - also apparently not true. "Look in SAG [the Screen Actors Guild]. Look in AFTRA [American Federation of Televison & Radio Artists]. Dina isn't a member," said a family source. "She never did a Broadway show. She never did ads."

I'm hoping you guys can help me out. I'm taking my daughter to see Wicked on Saturday as a day trip. I want to wear something "dressy" but not over the top. It's a matinee, but I want it to be a fun girl's day.
Oh and I'm on a budget so an inexpensive outfit would be ideal.
